A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Commitment
Ingram Construction is a fourth-generation construction company with deep roots in Malibu and Pacific Palisades. Founded by John P. Ingram Jr, Our company has been a trusted name in high-quality construction since 1978.
Since 1982, our office was located at 19030 Pacific Coast Highway, serving as the heart of our operations and the foundation of our long-standing presence in the community. However, like many of our neighbors, our family suffered devastating losses in the Palisades Fire, which destroyed three of our properties: our family home in Sunset Mesa, our office at 19030 Pacific Coast Highway, and another property at Big Rock on Pacific Coast Highway.
Despite this loss, Ingram Construction is committed to rebuilding. We are undertaking the reconstruction of our own properties and leveraging our experience navigating insurance coverage, debris removal, design, engineering, permitting, and construction to help our friends, neighbors, and community through the rebuilding process. Our first-hand knowledge ensures that we can guide others with expertise and compassion, offering unmatched support every step of the way.
Leadership and Expertise
Today, Ingram Construction is spearheaded by Michael Ingram. With a career spanning over two decades, Michael has overseen residential, multifamily, and commercial projects exceeding $750 million across California, Alaska and Hawaii.
Michael’s foundation in leadership and service began early. He attended St. Matthews Parish School, is an Eagle Scout from Troop 223, and continued his education at Harvard Westlake School. Beyond his construction expertise, Michael is also a licensed attorney with specialized experience in construction, real estate, and insurance coverage law. His combined legal and construction knowledge ensures that Ingram Construction is uniquely positioned to handle every aspect of complex development and rebuilding projects.
